If you have to read pages and pages of fine print, no matter that the first few lines of other websites say they value your privacy and hate Spam, you will find when you read the fine print that is exactly what they are going to do to you.

Here's OUR Privacy Policy--no fine print, and couldn't be simpler:

Any information you give us is kept completely confidential. Other than the credit card processing company necessary to process your order, and UPS or the US Post Office to ship your order to you, we do not share it with ANYONE! PERIOD! Zip! Nada!
We also do not do phone soliciting or follow-up mailings unless you sign up for our What's New email list (see top of this page) which only goes out once every 2 or 3 months. We simply don't have time, and wouldn't on principle, anyway. Other than signing up on our email list, the only way you will ever hear from us is if you place an order, there is a problem with your order for some reason, or you contact us first, and that's a promise!

Q. Ever wonder why a growing number of online businesses do not list their phone number and can only be reached by email, if that?

A. Because it's much less stressful than dealing directly with difficult customers.

Although most of our customers are especially nice (pug people usually are!) and we enjoy talking to them, occasionally we are visited by some extremely negative people who seem to enjoy ragging on anyone they can get to listen to them.

These kinds of calls will be abruptly ended by us and because of them, we are regretfully having to post the following message (most commonly found
in bars and restaurants):

We reserve the right
to refuse service to anyone!

RETURNS POLICY

U.S. customers only: Should an item you order not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, not including the shipping/handling charge. If you are a chronic returner, however, please do not order from us. Every effort is made on our end to process orders and ship them out as quickly as possible. It is demoralizing to do this and then have an item returned. Customers who return their orders more than once will no longer be served by us.

The only items we carry which CANNOT BE RETURNED are our food items: Happy & Healthy All-Natural Pet Food, dog cookies and dog jerky, which do not contain preservatives.

International customers: All sales are final.


SHIPPING POLICIES -

We do not ship international orders, sorry.

Shipping rates posted on your order form are for UPS deliveries in the continental U.S. only. Military addresses do not show their shipping cost because our website uses the UPS shipping module and military packages must go through the post office. Please note that the appropriate postage cost will be added to the order, along with our $3 handling fee as these packages must be driven to the post office (a 30-mile round trip for us). This also applies to orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

SHIPPING RATES: We do not set shipping rates - UPS does, so if you'd like to complain about the high cost of shipping (due to the high cost of gas) please go to www.UPS.com and let them know, or better still, contact your congressperson. Our $3 handling charge doesn't even cover the cost of packaging supplies and labor to get out packages, and we charge that handling price whether you order 1 item or 40. If you only order 1 small item, the s/h will incur the minimum UPS rates, which begin around $7 and go up from there. It is far better to order larger items or multiple items to get your s/h $$-worth. Also, we ONLY ship by UPS as we are in a rural location and the nearest post office is a 30-mile round trip. Thanks for your understanding.

TRACKING INFO: If you have given us your correct email address, you will receive an email from "Quantum View" giving you the expected UPS delivery date and your tracking info.

RUSH SHIPPING: If you need your order to be shipped RUSH, we do offer UPS 3-Day Select. However, you MUST call or email us for a shipping quote PRIOR to placing your order. For most items, shipping by 3-Day Select will add approximately $13-$15 to the price of the UPS Ground rate, depending on the size of the item you order. If you order a small item that is 1 lb or less, the shipping will be less. If you order a large item like a Nuzzle Nest bed, you would be shocked at the price UPS charges, so we do not offer this service on our largest items such as the Nuzzle Nests, Bubba the stuffed Pug, and large orders of our Happy & Healthy All-Natural Pet Food.

Also, due to what we consider extreme shipping costs on UPS Overnight service ($50-$100+ in shipping alone), plus the fact that UPS does not guarantee their overnight service nor do they issue refunds if it does not arrive due to weather or unforeseen events, we cannot offer it, sorry.

When will your order arrive? Last, please note the closer you are to California the faster you will get your package. Usually orders in California arrive within 1-3 days. Arizona and Oregon also receive their shipments quickly. There is no sense in paying extra for UPS 3-Day Select for packages going to CA, AZ and OR when it will get there in 3 days or less anyway by regular UPS Ground so save your $$$!

Orders from the East Coast take approx. 5 business days after we ship the order. If you still feel you must have an item shipped by UPS 3-Day Select, please email us at: pugfan@sti.net and include your street address and zip code and the exact items you wish to order. We will get back to you with a shipping quote promptly.

Clicking around the Internet looking for free advice is usually a waste of your time and will give you a lot of confusing and contradictory misinformation!!!
